How B2B Decision Makers are using Social media?

The new research information from Forrester states that use of social media is widely common among B2B Decision Makers in Europe and North America.

I was curious to know how B2B decision makers are using social media and I found out the following facts from the report:

It shows that B2B decision makers are using social media to both interact and to consume information. While 98% are largely "spectators" on social media, 75% are "critics" who comment on blogs or post ratings and reviews. Another 56% are "creators" who contribute content, like posts (text content) and visual media (video content)."
